BATTERY CHANGE / SERVICING / REPAIRS

This section provides instructions for processing the repair of Hyperbar® watches.

Hyperbar® wrist watches are filled with a special liquid technology called the Hyperbar® Deep Diver System. This watch type must be repaired and maintained only at an authorized service center or directly by the manufacturer.

The term Hyperbar® includes the following models:

Manufactured before 2002: Brand sdw® (Swiss diver watches)

  • Hyperbar® Orada (Steel)
  • Hyperbar® Pro (GFRP, without battery cover)
  • Hyperbar® Sapphire (Steel)
  • Hyperbar® Splash (Steel)
  • Hyperbar® Titanium (Titanium)

Manufactured 2002 or later: Brand sdw® (Swiss diver watches)

  • Hyperbar® Pro (GFRP, with battery cover)
  • Hyperbar® Sapphire (Steel)

 

Manufactured 2002 or later: Brand Hypertec®

  • Hyperbar® Extreme (Steel)
  • Hyperbar® Shark (Steel)
  • Hyperbar® Pro-Shark (GFRP, with battery cover)

Custom Made Hyperbar® watches

  • Kienzle - The Deepest
  • Watch Heaven - Swiss Diver
  • Landjäger (only watch models equipped with the Hyperbar® Deep Diver System)

REPAIR PROCCESSING

To process a repair, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:

1. Step

Take two clear photos of your watch with the dial and case back clearly visible.

2. Step

Complete the repair notification form and upload the two photos.
